Blue Cheese and Walnut Sauce
From the Kitchen of:
Pepper

Comments: Serve over grilled fish
1/4 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Blue cheese; crumbled
1/3 cup Walnuts; finely chopped
1/2 teas. Thyme; minced OR
1/4 teas. Dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Taste for seasoning and spoon on top of grilled or broiled swordfish.
